  • Who Can Apply

    PLUS grant applications are open to all PreK-12 teachers, special area, special education, and guidance within PSSD & Henry County School System. Applications may be submitted by individuals or groups. If multiple educators desire funds for the same project, the grant should be submitted as one collective application, rather than broken down between teachers.

  • This grant application has been approved by the school principal and liason.*
  • If this grant is awarded, I agree to submit a grant summary with photos by May of the current academic year to the PLUS FaceBook page.*
  • If this grant is awarded, and the funds are not used by May of the current academic year, I will notify my school liaison who will then inform PLUS and a decision will be made about the need for the funds to be returned or an extension granted by the PLUS Board.*
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to forward the copy of this application that I will receive via email from JOTFORM to the corresponding district liaison within a timely manner. For HCSS, the emailed copy should be sent to Susan Burton at burtons@henryk12.net, and for PSSD, the emailed copy should be forwarded to Becky Cate at becky.cate@parisssd.org.*
