These sessions are intended to provide general guidance and insights relating to quantity surveying. By booking a session, you agree to the following:
1. Service
  The session is an informal discussion and does not constitute formal advice, consultancy or a professional service engagement. Any guidance provided is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for formal reports or detailed professional advice.
2. Exclusions
  Gary’s expertise is focused on small residential, small/medium commercial, and small industrial projects. He does not provide guidance on infrastructure, large developments, or subdivisions. Gary does not provide tax depreciation services or advice.
3. No Liability
  While every effort will be made to provide helpful and accurate information, Gary accepts no liability for decisions made based on the session. Clients are encouraged to seek formal advice before making financial, contractual or project-related decisions.
4. Confidentiality
  Information shared during the session will be treated with confidentiality and not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.
5. Booking Policy
  Payment is required to confirm the session.
  There are no refunds once the transaction is completed.
  Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 1 day's notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Recording
  Sessions may not be recorded or reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Time Management
  Sessions will run strictly to the booked time. Please ensure you are available at the scheduled start time to make full use of your session.

  The meeting will be held on Zoom. You are responsible for having the necessary software installed and a reliable internet connection to ensure the meeting can take place.
