CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a clean, level area free of sharp objects, pet waste, and debris. (SETUP AREA CAN NOT BE IN DARK DIRT, MUD OR CLAY. THIS PERMINENTLY STAINS AND DAMAGES THE INFLATABLE. REGARDS WHITE CASTLE, BOTH OBSTACLE COURSES, & SPLASH AND SLIDE)
Ensure adult supervision is present at all times while the inflatable is in use.
Abide by all rules regarding age, height, weight, & occupancy.
Not allow food, drink, shoes, glasses, toys, animals, or sharp objects in/on the inflatable.
Ensure the inflatable is not used during rain, lightning, or high winds.
Ensure the inflatable stays inflated at all times during the rental. (DO NOT TURN OFF THE BLOWER, UNPLUG, OR DEFLATE INFLATABLE)

OVER-NIGHT & MULTI-DAY POLICIES:

An over-night and multi-day option is available as listed above. If these options are not selected and reserved prior to delivery, the rates below will be added at the renters expence, AND ONLY IF the unit is available for said day.
If for any reason the renter wishes to keep the unit over-night upon pick up a 30% charge will be added to the total cost.
If for any reason the renter wishes to keep the unit over-night and a 2nd day upon pick up a 100% charge will be added to the total cost.

DAMAGE, LOSS & CLEANING:

Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
If the inflatable is returned excessively dirty, a $80.00 cleaning fee will apply.
If the inflatable is stolen, lost, or destroyed, renter agrees to pay full replacement cost.

WEATHER POLICY:

LOGAN LAND LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unsafe weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather before setup, renter may:

Reschedule
Recieve full refund
Receive credit for future rental

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations 48+ hours in advance = Full refund.
Cancellations less than 48 hours = 50% refund or credit.
Same-day cancellations = No refund unless due to weather.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE:

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in inflatable activities carries inherent risks, including physical injury, falls, collisions, and other accidents. I voluntarily assume all risk and agree that LOGAN LAND LLC, its employees, agents, and owners are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the rented equipment.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOGAN LAND LLC from any and all claims, actions, or lawsuits resulting from participation or use of the inflatable(s), including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
