Our bridal teams travel from:
Lower Mainland: South Surrey, BC
Okanagan: Delta Grand Okanagan, Kelowna, BC

Travel is calculated based on your getting-ready location and required team size.

Accommodation is required for locations approximately 1.5 hours or more each way. Accommodations are typically arranged by the client.

Parking, ferry fees and other applicable travel expenses may also apply.

Your offer can include bridal services, bridal-party/guest services, travel and accommodation — just make sure you've listed everything you'd like included above.

We'll review the entire offer based on your services, wedding date, location and travel requirements and respond with:

1. This promotion is for new bridal bookings only and is not valid for existing bookings.

 

2. This is our FINAL Name Your Own Price Bridal Booking Event. A limited number of offers will be accepted.

 

3. Offers must be submitted between September 6–11, 2026 and may be submitted for any future wedding date where we have availability.

 

4. Submitting an offer does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Each offer will be reviewed based on the services requested, wedding date, location, travel requirements and team availability.

 

5. We will respond to your offer with either:

6. Once your offer is accepted, a 40% non-refundable retainer and signed Bridal Services Agreement are required to secure your booking. You will have 24 hours from acceptance to complete both. Your wedding date and promotional pricing are not secured until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

 

7. Travel and accommodation may be included in your total offer. If you would like them included, please clearly state this when listing what your offer includes.

Travel is calculated from either South Surrey or the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, depending on the team servicing your wedding.

 

8. Travel requirements are based on the number of artists and/or hairstylists required for your booking.

Bookings with 8 or more total services will generally require at least one makeup artist and one hairstylist. Depending on the number and combination of services requested, your required ready time and the overall wedding-day timeline, additional artists/stylists may be required.

We will determine the appropriate team size when reviewing your offer.

 

9. Accommodation is required for locations approximately 1.5 hours or more each way. Parking, ferry fees and other applicable travel expenses may also apply.

 

10. Once booked, the services included in your accepted offer cannot be reduced or removed. Reducing services will void the promotional pricing. Additional services may be added later at our regular rates, subject to availability.

 

11. Promotional pricing applies only to the specific services, inclusions and travel arrangements agreed upon in your accepted offer and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

 

12. We will review and respond to all offers as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
