SERVICE POLICY: Doorknob Approvals LLC reserves the right to terminate service if a clients behavior is deemed inappropriate -- includes, harassment and threats of any kind. Any negative speaking of Doorknob Approvals will not be tolerated. No refund or exchange will be offered under these circumstances.

REFUND POLICY: Doorknob Approvals LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reasons including extended turnaround times, dissatisfaction, unfavorable results or after a service has been rendered. Refund will ONLY be offered if Doorknob Approvals is not able to process the payment.

RETURN POLICY: There are NO cash refunds for any return of payments. In the event a payment returns, Doorknob Approvals can resubmit the payment. If a payment returns twice, the client has the option to receive another service for 30% off or resubmit payment. This ONLY applies to orders placed 30 days or less. Any order over 30 days doesn't qualify.

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes will result in reversal of services if already delivered. Any services in progress will be immediately terminated. Clients who violate this policy will no longer be eligible to receive services from Doorknob Approvals LLC.

PRODUCTION POLICY: The first day of production is the following business day from the date of purchase. (Example: An order placed on Tuesday goes into production Wednesday). Holidays and Weekends are NOT production. Service turnaround times are a projection and are NOT guaranteed. No refund will be offered due to extended wait times. All orders are delivered via email.

Doorknob Approvals LLC will not be held liable for any actions taken by anyone who places a service order. You are solely responsible for any action you take with any item you purchase.
