We are excited you are interested in joining our Run Club programing, whether you are embarking on this training journey with a running goal in mind or simply to enhance your health and well being, we trust the tools and resources we have compiled will help point you in the right direction.In our Client Resource Guide, you will find: An 8 week comprehensive training program to gain an understanding of training ingredients, the frequency of training, and how to customize the training plan, gait tips, a gear guide, training tool options, and how to run with a stroller, everything you need to get you out the door when you’re ready to begin training. Before we get started, tell us a little more about your goals so we can send over the appropriate training plan to go with our guide.
