Locker SYS Executive Application

Locker SYS (Save Youth’s Souls) is an international, youth-led mental health organization dedicated to providing safe, anonymous, and accessible support for young people worldwide. We aim to create a welcoming community where youth can seek help, connect with peers, and access resources that empower them to prioritize their mental well-being. Our mission is to inspire hope, reduce stigma, and ensure that no young person feels alone in their struggles.

We are excited to welcome new executive members for the 2025–2026 term! This is your opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of youth and help shape the future of mental health advocacy.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO will co-lead Locker SYS alongside the CEO and oversee daily operations to ensure the organization runs smoothly. They handle scheduling, reporting, and represent Locker SYS in meetings with partners and the community. *Must be based in Canada, preferably Vancouver

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
The CMO leads creative marketing efforts, overseeing graphic and video content production and managing paid ad campaigns. They review marketing metrics regularly to improve outreach and brand consistency.

Marketing Associate
Create and help plan marketing campaigns by producing 1–2 posts or videos per week. Research trends to keep Locker SYS’s outreach fresh and effective.

Chief Chapters Coordinator (CCC)
The CCC supports and guides new chapters by regularly communicating with chapter leaders and providing resources. They onboard new chapters and ensure all chapters meet organizational standards.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The CTO manages Locker SYS’s website and Discord, updates web content regularly, troubleshoots technical issues, and plans future app features. They ensure the website and server are secure and user-friendly. MUST be able to code in JavaScript, CSS, and html.

Technology Associate
Technology Associates assist with website updates and Discord moderation, completing assigned tech tasks. They research and propose new tools or improvements. Preferably be able to code in 1 or more language(s).

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
The CHRO recruits, trains, and schedules volunteers, coordinating volunteer efforts and maintaining the volunteer database.

Outreach Associate
Send 5–10 emails per week to potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators to build relationships and expand Locker SYS’s network.

Legal Associate
The Legal Associate drafts or reviews contracts and sends legal notices such as cease-and-desist letters when needed. They keep legal records updated and advise the team on risk management.

Research Associate
Assist in writing and publishing 1–2 mental health articles per month, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with Locker SYS’s mission.

Finance Associate
Finance Associates support fundraising by tracking sales and donations, managing inventory for the upcoming online store, and reporting financial progress. They suggest new fundraising ideas regularly.
