I authorise Misono Business Solutions Limited to append my signature to the Authorisation Form(s) they will submit to the Irish Tax Authorities.

1. Authorisation to act as agent

I, the undersigned, declare to the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland, that I authorise Misono Business Solutions Limited (TAIN 78964F) to act as my agent in dealing with all aspects of the filing of my Irish income tax return, including the submission of refund or credit claims, allowances or reliefs.

I confirm that all documentary evidence of entitlement to credits/reliefs claimed and taxable income sources, will be held for a period of 6 years beginning at the
end of the year of assessment to which the Return of Income and/or claim relates by myself, unless otherwise stated and provided by me to Misono Business Solutions Limited .

I understand that this agreement will remain in place until such time as either party, the client or the agent, has notified the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland in writing of their wish to cancel this agreement.

2. Terms and Conditions of Authorisation

I understand that Tax law provides for both civil penalties and criminal sanctions for the failure to make a return, the making of a false return, facilitating the making of a false return, or claiming tax credits, allowances or reliefs which are not due.
I confirm that I will provide the necessary documentation to Misono Business Solutions Limited to support any refund, credit claims or claims for allowances and reliefs made to Revenue on my behalf by Misono Business Solutions Limited .

I confirm that I will provide details of all my sources of income to Misono Business Solutions Limited .

I understand that the person selected in Section 1 above is required to retain all documentation relating to any refund or credit or allowance or relief claimed by the agent on my behalf for a period of 6 years beginning at the end of the year of assessment to which the Return of Income and / or claim relates and that Misono Business Solutions Limited will be required to produce same to Revenue upon request.

3. Scope of Authorisation

I understand that Misono Business Solutions Limited is to act as my agent in respect of Income Tax, where I am registered for Income Tax, for the purpose of cancelling my Income Tax registration and/or filing an Income Tax return for years where such cancellation is not possible or required.

Misono Business Solutions Limited Terms and Conditions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Legal Information and Terms of Usage&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, we will ensure your personal information is protected, as described in our Privacy Policy.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Our Guarantee&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited guarantees that it will use its best endeavours to organise any rebate of income tax due for people who have worked in Ireland.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited will organise the rebate of the maximum amount possible based on the information and documentation provided by its customers and in line with the legal entitlements and obligations of the customer within Irish tax law.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Where there is a change in Irish tax law, or in the interpretation or implementation of the rules and laws by the Irish tax authorities, Misono Business Solutions Limited will meet its commitment to organise the rebate to the degree allowed by the law. The decision of the exact value of any rebate due or amount owed is the decision of the Irish Tax Authority.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited will provide the rebate as expediently as possible, subject to the provision of the necessary documents by the customers and the efficient processing of the rebate application by the relevant tax office.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Exceptions to our tax rebate responsibilities&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited is not responsible for the rebate of tax where:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The customer has provided information which is false, inaccurate, incorrect, insufficient or misleading in any way;&#13;&#10;The customer has already received a rebate;&#13;&#10;The customer has already applied for a rebate, either directly or through another person, natural or legal;&#13;&#10;The customer owes money to the tax authority;&#13;&#10;The customer has indicated they will hold all documentary evidence of entitlement to credits/reliefs claimed and sources of income declared for the required 6 year period;&#13;&#10;The tax authority information leads to a decision that the customer is not due a rebate.&#13;&#10;The tax authority has different information on its system than that provided by the customer;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited will endeavour to help the customer resolve these issues, provided it receives all necessary information and instruction from the customer.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Power of Attorney&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;When the customer signs a Power of Attorney permitting Misono Business Solutions Limited to organise his/her rebates, he/she is agreeing to pay the fee to Misono Business Solutions Limited for the organisation of the rebate. If the customer has signed a Power of Attorney authorising Misono Business Solutions Limited to organise his/her rebates, and has, with or without his or her knowledge, applied or authorised any other person, natural or legal, to organise the same rebate, he/she will owe Misono Business Solutions Limited the fee, as stated above, for the organisation of a rebate, notwithstanding that the customer has obtained a rebate otherwise than with the assistance of Misono Business Solutions Limited .&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;If the customer does not pay this fee, pursuant to the information above on a voluntary basis or on request from Misono Business Solutions Limited , Misono Business Solutions Limited reserves the right to:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Take legal action to pursue the customer for the fee due&#13;&#10;Publish the name of the customer as a Bad Debtor in the local newspaper, on the Misono Business Solutions Limited website and other media if the fee has not been paid within the rational terms given.&#13;&#10;Report the customer as a Bad Debtor to the relevant financial institutions in the country of the customer.&#13;&#10;Once authorised and registered as your tax agent with the Irish Tax Authority, all correspondence regarding your application must be handled directly by Misono Business Solutions Limited . Any measure taken by you, the customer, to make direct contact with the tax office without first consulting Misono Business Solutions Limited will be considered as a breach of contract and our relevant processing fee will still apply for all processing work completed by us during the application process.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By signing and completing our documentation:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;You understand that Misono Business Solutions Limited may issue a rebate estimation on receipt of your completed and signed forms. You understand that receipt of your completed documentation authorises Misono Business Solutions Limited to submit your application to the relevant tax office. Should you wish to cancel your application, you will contact Misono Business Solutions Limited immediately. You understand that while Misono Business Solutions Limited will make every effort to recall your application, this may not be possible. You also understand that by signing the online application form you are giving your explicit consent to have automatic reviews submitted for the next 4 years, and that you must inform Misono Business Solutions Limited of any changes in personal circumstances which impact the tax credits you are entitled to claim, as these will automatically be included in future reviews unless otherwise stated.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Signature&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By accepting Misono Business Solutions Limited ’s Terms & Conditions, you are accepting that your name as signed in your submission will be the electronic representation of your signature for all purposes, when you or your agent use them on documents including legally binding contracts, just the same as a pen and paper signature. To update the signature attached to your file you must submit an amended online application form.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Emails&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All emails to the customer will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at registration. Misono Business Solutions Limited will expect that the customer will ensure there is sufficient space in his/her inbox to receive all emails and that the customer checks his/her email regularly – regularly being about three times a week.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Minimum Fee&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited has a minimum fee for each tax rebate application. A contingency fee is charged where the rebate amount is above the minimum fee amount. For information about the fees, please see the ‘TMisono Business Solutions Limited Fee Terms’ section above. Misono Business Solutions Limited will provide information of the fee applicable per application by way of invoice or receipt.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Rebate Issuance&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;For existing clients prior to 01/01/2025, Misono Business Solutions Limited will send the rebate to the customer as agreed per communication with the customer.&#13;&#10;Depending on the tax being refunded, the usual method is by bank transfer. Customers should supply their bank details upon request by Misono Business Solutions Limited . Customers wishing to receive their tax rebate by cheque should notify Misono Business Solutions Limited upon submission of their application. Where Misono Business Solutions Limited receives the money from the tax office, it will deduct its fee, plus necessary tax, from the amount sent to the customer.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;For new clients on and after 01/01/2025, Revenue will send the rebate directly to you. We will request bank details from each client just after submission of your application form. These details will be added to your Revenue record to ensure any refund issued by Revenue is issued directly to your account. Where no bank details are received, any bank details on your Revenue record will be deleted, to ensure refunds aren’t issued to old accounts or to accounts of former tax agents (if any), and Revenue will issue the refund to you via cheque. An invoice for services rendered will be issued to you following the issuing of any refund by Revenue, and payment shall be due within 7 days of the issue of that invoice.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Where the Customer comprises two natural persons arising from the fact that they are jointly assessed for tax by the Taxing Authority, then the Customer comprises each of them and each of them shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of the Customer under these Terms. Additionally, where the Customer is a natural person, the Customer includes his or personal representative or successor at law. Where the Customer comprises two natural persons who are jointly assessed by the Taxing Authority, each of you agree that we may make any payment to either of you in satisfaction of any obligation to the other or to both of you (and receipt by one shall be deemed receipt by the other or by both).&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;If you fail to make a payment under these Terms by the due date, then you will have to pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest under this clause 4 will accrue each day at 4% a year above the European Central Bank base rate from time to time, but at 4% a year for any period when that base rate is below 0%.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Non-payment of any fees for services rendered by Misono Business Solutions Limited may result in a case being brought against you before the Small Claims Court.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Bank Charges&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;In the case of payment by cheque, Misono Business Solutions Limited has no control over the fees charged locally by banks in cashing the cheque. Misono Business Solutions Limited will inform the customer, to the best of its knowledge, what the local charges are by local banks. Misono Business Solutions Limited will not be liable for any changes in local bank charges, any currency exchange rates by the banks or any time period that the bank takes to cash the cheque. Misono Business Solutions Limited will apply an administration fee for the provision of additional payment options, which are highly administrative in nature. Misono Business Solutions Limited informs the customer when the choice of payment option is offered.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited will apply its Payment Options procedure to obtain the payment options choice of the client. Should the client fail to communicate his/her payment option choice within six months, Misono Business Solutions Limited will reserve the right to amend the terms of the Power of Attorney section and apply them at its discretion until the client reverts.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Some rebate entitlements of the customer are not issued by the Tax Authorities in the form of a cheque or bank transfer, for example they are reimbursed by decreasing the tax liabilities or other financial liabilities of the client. Where such rebate entitlements are organized by Misono Business Solutions Limited , the total financial benefit to the customer arising from the work of Misono Business Solutions Limited will be used as the basis for the estimation of the fee due.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited Estimations&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All estimations provided by Misono Business Solutions Limited are an indicator of what the customer may be entitled to based on the information provided by the customer. Final amounts due to the customer will depend upon the information and data on actual documents submitted, the information made available and the decision of the Tax Office.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Communications&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Unless requested to do otherwise by the customer, Misono Business Solutions Limited will advise current and past customers of:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All new rebates that they may be entitled to as and when information&#13;&#10;becomes available from the respective tax authorities;&#13;&#10;All new services that they may avail of with Misono Business Solutions Limited ;&#13;&#10;All new services offered by Misono Business Solutions Limited and associated companies.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Additional Charges:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Where a cheque has not been cashed within the 6-month timeframe and therefore goes out of date, an administration charge of €25 (+VAT of 23%) will be applied to re-issue the refund.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Where a cheque has not been cashed by the end of June of the following year, an administration charge of either €25 (+VAT of 23%) or one third of the original value of the refund (including VAT), whichever is greater, will be applied to the client’s account each year the refund remains unclaimed.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Where a Misono Business Solutions Limited client has requested a review directly from the Revenue Commissioners and has failed to remove MyTaxRebate’s bank account details from their profile, a €25.00 (+VAT of 23%) administrative charge will be deducted by Misono Business Solutions Limited for each refund processed.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Amendments to Terms and Conditions&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;From time to time, Misono Business Solutions Limited may amend or add to these Terms and Conditions should the need arise. Such changes will be posted on the website terms and conditions and customers are advised to check it regularly to receive these updates.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Agreement&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The submission of a registration to Misono Business Solutions Limited , by online form, post, hand, fax, or email, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments thereto, by the customer.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Confidentiality and Data Handling&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Misono Business Solutions Limited ensures that all client information is held as private and confidential.
