To maintain employment at Goins Dancing all staff must agree to the following:

Be supportive of Goins Dancing's mission statement and the self-esteem of

Choose child and family-appropriate music. Swear words, offensive topics, and mature content are not allowed. No exceptions.

Choose costumes that cover the midriff.

Start and end all classes at their scheduled start and end times

Assure that all personal customer information is kept confidential. Speak positively about the studio. No talking badly about the studio, other staff members, dancers, or parents. Be respectful to other staff members, customers, potential customers, and

Provide 24 hours notice when calling out, contact Kathryn first, and find a substitute (Exceptions to the 24 rule will only be allowed in cases of emergency and sudden illness Take Attendance at each class. (This ensures that children are registered in the correct classes and helps us identify trends in attendance Only post videos or photos of customers on social media platforms if you have prior approval from Ms. Kathryn or parents.

Meet deadlines for time-sensitive tasks.

Choreograph and teach one 2-minute dance routine for each dance class assigned to you in AKADA (unless told otherwise by Ms. Kathryn Note: only dance classes assigned to teachers in AKADA will be included in dance recitals.
I understand that if I am caught to have done any of the following, it will result in automatic termination of my employment at Goins Dancing:

Speaking badly about Goins Dancing, administrators, staff, dancers, or parents.

Employee's family members are speaking badly about Goins Dancing, administrators, staff, dancers, or parents.

Arriving to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Excessive Absenses

Promotion of other dance studios or dance companies to current customers or potential customers.

Threatening, assaulting, fighting with, or harassing another employee, student, parent, relative, or guest of Goins Dancing.

Disclosing confidential studio, family, or student information to others.

Engaging in illegal activities on or off Goins Dancing property.

Investigation or conviction of a felony.
