We’re inviting clinicians to join a 6-week research study exploring how a short daily yoga practice might help reduce work-related stress and burnout.
What’s Involved?
-Practice yoga for 20 minutes, twice a day, 3 days per week, for 6 weeks
-Complete 4 short surveys (before and after the 6-week program)
-Log your participation weekly
-All sessions are pre-recorded, flexible, and beginner-friendly

Eligibility
-A licensed mental health professional in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
-Working at least part-time
-In a private practice setting
-Willing to complete the 6-week yoga and survey protocol
