Reservation Agreement:
Adults only. Art & Gather is an event for adult guests only.
Group size. A minimum of 12 adults and a maximum of 20 adults is required per workshop.
Pricing: $65.00 per adult.
Payment: A 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due 72 hours before the event.
Non-refundable deposit.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
No alcohol. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks for the designated food table.
Reservation required. Your date is not held until the deposit is received and your reservation is confirmed by PT Art Academy.
No Refunds. All workshop registrations and payments are final. If you cancel, miss your workshop, or arrive late, no refund, credit, or partial refund will be issued for any reason.
Rescheduling. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop by calling 305.256.3060 or emailing PTARTACADEMY@YAHOO.COM. With proper notice, we will gladly move your registration to another workshop date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is available ONE TIME per registration.
No Rescheduling Within 72 Hours. Rescheduling will not be allowed once the workshop is less than 72 hours away. Cancellations made inside this window, and no-shows, forfeit the workshop fee and are not eligible for a refund or a new date.
If the Studio Cancels. If PT Art Academy must cancel or postpone a workshop for any reason, including low enrollment, instructor illness, or weather, we will reschedule you to the next available date. Refunds are not provided in this situation either.
Materials. Workshop fees include materials prepared in advance for each participant, which is why payments are non-refundable.
Liability Information
If for any reason these rules and policies are not followed, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. reserves the right of admission.
The studio is not responsible for any artwork or personal item lost, stolen, or left behind.
Upon RESERVATION you grant the Academy permission to photograph, videotape, or record the GUEST during studio activities, and use these images or videos
for social media, website, and marketing purposes.
You agree that in the event that medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, and your contact person is unreachable, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art
Corp. shall be permitted to seek such medical services, as it shall deem necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals.
Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp and its teachers are not certified to work with or teach students with disabilities of any sorts.
With your RESERVATION, you hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims to damages against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. If you pursue any legal
action against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp., Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. will not assume ANY cost of the action made.
With your understanding of the facility of Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. is not liable for any type of injury to any one person that is in attendance.
By signing this contract, you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. is harmless from any suits, attorney’s fees, judgments, loss, claim, liability, damage, cost or expense demand whatsoever in law of equity (including those arising out of any appeals) which may be brought against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Corp. now or in the future.
This is a contract that you agree to abide by.
