● Participation is subject to approval.
● All food vendors must have a current LA County Public Health Operating permit. If your permit is from outside the city of LA you mus to do a one day temporary City of LA health permit.
● All vendors are required to rent a space.
● Food Booths must bring their own canopies, and all cooking equipment must be contained outside their booth with a barricade.

● All Food vendors must have a working fire extinguisher.
● Any vendors cooking or frying with oil must dispose of their own grease off-site in their own trash recepticle. Any trash or food debris left will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee.
● Space Confirmation is subject to approval and contingent on review of products, receipt of payment, and submission of proof of insurance.
● Vendors are required to have insurance. For your convenience, a one-day insurance policy is available to you online. The insurance premium can be paid directly to the insurance provider.
● Food vendor selection will be first come first serve. We will limit the total number of food vendors.
●Space assignment will be at the discretion of the San Pedro Property Owners’ Alliance.
● Food Vendor Space can not be changed day of the event. Your space will be provided upon arrival.
● Food vendor selection will be based on authenticity, quality, and variety of foods.
● A description of the foods sold must be provided on the application form.
● All food items sold must be listed on the above application and are subject to approval.
● Be sure to provide adequate staffing to handle customers and watch your inventory.
● Space assignments are designated by San Pedro Property Owners and are not subject to change.
● All trash generated by your booth must be bagged and removed. Trash left behind will incur an additioanl cleaning fee of $100.00.
You may also provide a copy of your existing policy if you have one. further details and instruction LA County Health Department Permit- All participating trucks must submit a valid copy of your current LA County Health
Operating Permit. If your permit is from outside the City of LA you may be required to pay an additional fee.
We do not allow food to be prepared outside the truck or trailer.
CANCELLATION - Cancellations must be made before Oct. 6th, 2025, in order to receive a 100% refund. Should your application be denied, your payment will be refunded in full.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor participating in the festival must have an insurance policy.
Your choice of carrier is completely at your discretion and is not limited to the company below

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
The following language regarding additional insured must be added to your insurance certificate and provided at least fifteen (30) days before the event: “The San Pedro Property Owners’ Alliance, the San Pedro Historic Waterfront Business Improvement District, and their members, stakeholders, officers, directors, agents, and employees are added an additional insured under this policy.”
