We’re searching for passionate and creative **young adults ages 14–22** to become **Production Interns** for our upcoming **Black Nativity** production!
If you’ve ever wondered how theater comes to life—the lights, the sets, the stage crew, the design—this is your chance to learn, grow, and be part of something extraordinary.
No experience? No problem!
Just bring your enthusiasm, willingness to work, and a love for the performing arts. Previous backstage or technical theatre experience is a bonus!

Interns may need to be available for specified rehearsals AND performances beginning November 2025 and through production strike in December 2025 depending on the placement of the internship. Exact dates and times to be determined.
INDUSTRY BRIDGE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
About the Program
The Industry Bridge program is Dominion Arts Foundation’s flagship arts initiative. Through this program students will be assigned to internships via a network of arts and entertainment professional business partners. Industry Bridge Interns will gain quality instruction, hands on experience, introduction and exposure to careers in the Arts & entertainment industry.
Structure of the Program
Internships are available to both high school and college age students and are roughly two months long. Once assigned to an internship, a stipend will be disbursed to the intern provided they are in good standing with the internship site and fulfilling the work requirements and maintaining a sound academic standing in school (high school).
Student Qualifications
♦ High school applicants must be between the ages of 14 -18, must be between actively enrolled in a high school (if graduated must have diploma) within the state of Georgia
♦ Young adult applicants must be between 18-22, must have a high school diploma or GED.
♦ Ideal candidates are focused, community engaged, highly motivated and creative.
♦ Candidates must fulfill all hourly requirements as well as a culminating end of internship seminar.
