- By enrolling in the Hybrid Program, you understand that:
  - Attendance at both virtual and in-person events is required
  - All program requirements must be completed to receive the $300 stipend
  - Stipend is only available to eligible Compton residents attending approved schools and providing necessary documentation

  I, the undersigned parent/guardian, grant permission for SCJC Academy to photograph, film, or record my student during participation in the RISE Program activities (virtual sessions, in-person field trips, workshops, etc.). I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes across SCJC Academy’s platforms, including but not limited to:

  - Website
  - Flyers & brochures
  - Community reports
  - Partner publications
  I understand that no personal compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
  
  Waiver of Liability
  
  By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to release SCJC Academy, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property that may arise during my student’s participation in the RISE Program, including during field trips and transportation.
  
  I understand that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
  
  Field Trip Participation
  
  I acknowledge that my student will participate in in-person field trips to legal and judicial institutions, including but not limited to:
  
  Los Angeles County Courthouse – Compton
  Legal workshops and community events
  
  I give my full consent for my student to attend all scheduled field trips and understand that transportation may be provided by SCJC Academy or its partners.
