This form needs to show who is being included in the new membership year and into what category.
A group membership includes more than 1 person who must be residing at the same address. We may ask for documentary proof of this.
A single membership is only 1 person from any of the categories shown.
Please note the following: -
1. The fees for all types of memberships are provided below in the payments section. Please ensure you only select and pay the correct single or group membership.
2. Once accepted a membership cannot later be converted from a single to a group membership mid-year, nor can additional members be added to an existing group membership mid-year, however they can apply for their own membership mid year which may be discounted according to age and when application is made.

Please allow 7 days for your application to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email with details about your membership, login for the booking system and when you will be able to collect your access fob from the noticeboard.
