Previous Vendors in good standing (as determined by the Vendor Committee and Fair Board) have first opportunity* until January 1st 2026.
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 1ST 2026.
Applications received after May 1st 2026 will be put on a wait list.
* First Right of Refusal means you have the first opportunity to apply until January 1st 2026. This does not mean you are not automatically accepted, it just puts you at the top of the list for acceptance.
After the first opportunity deadline of January 1st 2026, applications will open to all.
Those who apply first will be reviewed first and stand the best chance at acceptance, however, the final decision of acceptance will be at the sole discretion of the Vendor Committee. The vendor committee will choose the vendors that will serve in the best interest of the prosperity of the fair.
