This is a wellness partnership—not a medical agreement. You are entering a private, member-based space designed to help you reach your wellness goals using holistic, natural, and spiritual methods. This program is intended to educate, empower, and guide you—not to treat, diagnose, or replace medical care.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Wahaliving Wellness Club, a private membership-based wellness association operating in the private domain. By accessing our website, programs, or services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Wellness Club Disclaimer.
Membership in Wahaliving Wellness Club (“the Club”) grants access to educational information, indigenous and ancient health practices, and holistic wellness tools designed to support balance of mind, body, and spirit.
This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you (“the Member”) and Wahaliving Wellness Club.
2. Purpose and Philosophy
Wahaliving Wellness Club is dedicated to:
Promoting an alkaline diet and botanical protocols.
Sharing traditional, indigenous, and holistic wellness practices.
Providing members with access to energy readings, sound resonance analysis, live cell observations, face readings, and other natural wellness tools.
Supporting members in achieving homeostasis and overall wellness through non-medical, educational practices.
We operate from over 30 years of experience assisting individuals worldwide in achieving wellness and balance.
3. Membership
Private Membership: Membership is restricted to the private domain. Services and benefits are available exclusively to members.
Membership Fees: Upon acceptance, minor fees are required to activate membership and gain access to Club features, resources, and information. Membership includes a complimentary consultation as part of the onboarding process.
Non-Refundable: All memberships are non-refundable. Memberships may be paused, downgraded, or upgraded at any time.
Acceptance: By purchasing a membership, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use.
Eligibility: You must be of legal age to join. Parents/guardians may extend membership benefits to minors under their legal care (under 23 years old).
Termination: The Club reserves the right to deny membership or terminate membership at any time for violation of this Agreement.
4. Nature of Services
The Club provides educational wellness practices only.
We are not medical doctors and do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment.
Practices may include: energy healing, Herbal Botanicals, Fasting Protochols, prayer, water therapy, chanting, iridology, sound analysis (including AO Scan), Reiki, hypnosis, Tapping, Meditation, Energy Balancing, ALICE A.I. Scans and nutritional guidance.
Recommendations are intended for wellness support only and are not a substitute for medical care.
Members are encouraged to share any information received with their licensed healthcare provider.
5. Assumption of Responsibility
By joining, you agree and acknowledge:
You act of your own free will in adopting suggested practices.
You understand that these practices may not be recognized or regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Medicaid, state or federal regulatory boards, or insurance agencies.
You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and actions.
You will not file malpractice or liability claims against Wahaliving Wellness Club or its representatives.
You waive any claims related to HIPAA privacy rights within the scope of this private membership agreement.
No doctor-patient relationship is created through this membership.
6. Confidentiality & Consent
All member information is kept private and confidential.
Testimonials, images, or results may only be shared publicly with your written consent.
The Club will never sell or disclose your private information to third parties without your permission.
7. Constitutional & Private Rights
Wahaliving Wellness Club affirms its members’ rights to:
Exercise freedom of assembly under the U.S. Constitution (1st and 14th Amendments).
Share knowledge and pursue wellness practices in the private domain.
Maintain civil rights, constitutional freedoms, and the right to choose holistic wellness methods.
All activities within the Club remain private and outside the scope of public domain regulation.
8. Wellness Products & Supplements
Supplements and products offered are for wellness purposes only.
They are not cures or treatments for medical conditions.
Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Members are responsible for further educating themselves before use.
9. Liability Release
By signing this Agreement, you agree to:
Hold harmless Wahaliving Wellness Club and its representatives for any outcomes related to participation.
Accept that all information is provided for educational and wellness purposes only.
Assume complete responsibility for your personal health decisions.
10. Updates to Agreement
Wahaliving Wellness Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued membership constitutes agreement to updated terms.
11. Acknowledgment & Signature
By signing (physically or electronically), you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
You enter into this Agreement willingly, without coercion or remuneration.
You accept that all benefits, services, and communications remain within the private domain.
