Class Types and Costs
Horse In Hand - $10: Classes where horses are lead by their human on the ground. Judged on the communication between horse and handler. There will likely be obstacle courses involved.
Equitation - $15: Classes are judged on the rider's position and ability to communicate effectively with their horse.
- On the Flat - Riders will either showcase their skills in small groups, or they will be given a pattern to complete. New/young riders may be assigned a walking guide.
- Over Fences - Riders will complete a pattern with their horses. Starting with nothing on the ground, just standards to go through, and all the way up to 3'.
Jumpers - $15: Jumper classes are complex courses meant to test rider's technical skills. Those who jump clean will ride against the clock. The rider with the cleanest round and fastest time wins.
Dressage - $15: Riders are judged on their ability to navigate the chosen test and their finesse when communicating with their horse. Riders may request a particulat test or will be assigned levels after the closing date. Riders are able to do up to 4 dressage classes.
Combined Test - $25: Riders will complete a paired dressage test with jump course.
Fun Classes - $10: These classes challenge different aspects of horsemanship.
- Costume class: Just you or dress your pone up too! The more creative the better!
- Toilet Paper Trials: Pair up and complete an obstable course without breaking your TP.
- Splish Splash Splat: Grab a fancy glass and see how much liquid you can keep in your cup through the class. The one with the most remaining wins!
Class Schedules and Official Offerings will be determined after sign up. Please indicate whether the rider intends to participate in each of the following class types.
