Thank you for considering Technicom360 Studios for your ongoing podcast production. This proposal outlines a flexible monthly studio rental plan that includes professional green screen recording, multi-camera support, and studio-grade audio.
Objectives:
- Provide a high-quality, reliable recording environment for your podcast.
- Allow you to book consistent studio time monthly.
- Deliver raw footage promptly for seamless post-production.

- Reserved monthly studio time (see package options below)
- Studio-Grade Lighting and Green Screen Background
- 3-Camera Setup with real-time monitoring
- Professional Sound Engineering (up to 3 microphones)
- AV Support Staff for setup, monitoring, and tear-down

Scheduling & Workflow:
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online system.
- Recommended session length: 2 hours per episode recording.
Add-On Services: (Optional)
- Teleprompter: $50/session
- On-camera coaching: $75/hour
- Branded video graphics (custom): $200
- Additional camera operator: $100/hour
- Editing of footage(Custom)
- ISEE Group Strategy Session Package: $200/hour
Billing & Terms:
- Studio packages are billed monthly, in advance.
- 3-month minimum term required for monthly plans.
- 30-day notice required to cancel or pause service.
- Full-day studio buyouts available on request.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability. However, cancellations can impact our scheduling and resources, so we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
