2025 Kazumi Open Event Release Indemnity

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that my participation in the 2025 Kazumi Open is undertaken for the purpose of practicing martial arts. I understand that martial arts involve physically strenuous, dynamic, and challenging activities, including but not limited to punching, kicking, striking, and grappling, performed both individually and with partners. I recognize that these activities carry inherent risks, which may include serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or even death. These risks may result from my actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or from environmental conditions or equipment used during the event.

I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that additional risks, losses, costs, and damages may exist that are not currently known to me or reasonably foreseeable. Nonetheless, I FULLY ACCEPT ALL SUCH RISKS and assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, expense, or damage incurred as a result of my participation in the 2025 Kazumi Open.

I am solely responsible for monitoring my physical condition, activity level, and personal safety throughout the event. I agree to immediately discontinue any activity that I believe to be unsafe or beyond my personal limits.

In consideration of my participation, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE and to HOLD HARMLESS,the organizers of the 2025 Kazumi Open, including its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, employees, affiliated members, and fellow participants. I also release the owners and lessors of the venue hosting the event (collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from or connected to my participation.

I confirm that I am in adequate physical health and condition to safely participate in this event.

By attending and engaging in the 2025 Kazumi Open, I affirm that I have read, fully understood, and voluntarily accept the terms and conditions of this Release Indemnity.
