∗ I agree that the Mount Isa Motor Show and its representatives may use photographic and video material of me or my entry with or without my name and for any lawful purpose. Including purpose such as publicity, illustration, advertising, web content and social media.
∗ Set up at Buchanan Park is between 8am and 9:45am, pack down is between 2pm and 4pm Sunday 31st August 2025.
∗ No illegal driving (including burn-outs) will be tolerated.
∗ Any damage sustained to the venue in my allocated space will incur repair costs at my expense.
∗ I will not hold the committee or association of Mount Isa Motorsports and Recreation Inc or associated bodies accountable for any loss, damage, or injuries incurred during the Mount Isa Motor Show.
