  • 2025-26 Cheerleading Registration

    *You must complete a separate registration for each child. Jr. Panther Basketball Cheerleading is a non-profit organization that is open to children who reside in addresses that feed into United Township High School District 30. Cheerleaders will cheer at United Township High School on Sundays between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Practices will be held once a week. More details will be communicated after registering.

  • Waiver of Liability:

    I / We the parent(s) or guardian of the above named child, herby give my / our approval of his / her participation in any and all youth basketball / cheerleading activities during the coming season. I / We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including to and from such activities; and I / We do hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to hold harmless Jr. Panther Basketball, the organizers, supervisors, and participants for any claim arising out of injury to my / our son / daughter.

  • Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Zero Tolerance Rule:

    I / We the parent(s) or guardian of the above named child, acknowledge, understand and accept that the Zero Tolerance Rule will be in force for the 2017/18 season. Unruly or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated from players, coaches, or spectators. Violators will be asked to leave. There will be zero warnings given to any spectator, coach or player. Severity of the conduct may constitute permanent removal for the remainder of the season. No refunds of registration fees or admission fees will be issued. You are responsible for making the policy known to those that accompany the player(s) to practice an games.
