Caring can be all-consuming, and when that chapter comes to an end, it can leave you with a mix of emotions and questions about your next steps. This supportive session offers a space to reflect, connect with others who understand, and explore practical options for moving forward — whether that’s returning to work, volunteering, looking after your wellbeing, or simply taking time for yourself.
