PREP FEES

Registration/supply fees for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows:

1st Child: $75

2nd Child: $65

3rd Child: $55

Payment plans are available; please do not let a child be left out due to financial reasons. Contact Mrs. Allio at the Rectory Office for assistance (kallio@seaspcfl.org)

Payments can be made via cash/check at the Rectory Office or online via our Online Giving site Our Sunday Visitor/OSV (instructions listed below):
- Go to the parish web page, www.seaspcfl.org
- Click "Online Giving" under the Giving link
- Click on the "Online Giving" image on the right of the screen (this takes you to the OSV site)
- Log-In if you already have an account, or Create an Account if you do not have an account
- Click on the "GIVE NOW" button under the Prep Supply and Book Fees image
- Put in the amount, the gift type (one-time) and make sure to enter student's name in the "Notes" box!

Child Photography Release Form

Without compensation, I hereby grant permission to the Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine to use and reproduce photographs and/or video taken of my child. These photographs may be used for news and editorial purposes in publications and other electronic reproductions (websites and video, including livestream) and/or brochures. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same photos without restriction and to copyright the same.
