About Silent Counselling and the training.
Silent Counselling is a powerful energy-based healing method
that works directly with the body's meridian system to clear emotional blockages without
the need to verbalise or re-experience past trauma. It combines breathwork, muscle
testing, and meridian release techniques to help clients shift rapidly from emotional
overwhelm into clarity, regulation, and peace.
At its heart, Silent Counselling exists to move people out of victimhood and into choice
— returning agency, sovereignty, and healing back into the hands of the individual.
The Institute of Silent Counselling was founded on values of compassion,
empowerment, and global healing. We hold the vision that this method reaches
individuals from all walks of life and every corner of the globe, offering accessible and
non-invasive healing that honours the body’s innate wisdom. We are committed to
supporting practitioners and trainers who use the method with integrity, skill, and
respect for others.
- Experience Requirements No prior counselling or therapy experience is necessary to
attend the Silent Counselling Practitioner Training. However, it is essential that
practitioners can hold a safe, compassionate, and respectful space for clients to grow
and heal. This foundational ability supports the integrity and effectiveness of the healing
process
