I acknowledge that participating in a motorcycle tour involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, road hazards, mechanical failure, collisions, and weather conditions. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and accept all associated risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge B Quadrant Enterprises Pty Ltd (as trustee for Sandcastle Investments Trust) trading as Coastal Thunder Tours (ABN 18 140 048 948) and their officers, employees, agents, contractors, and insurers from all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage, except where caused by reckless or intentional misconduct.I understand that this activity is a recreational service. Accordingly, sections 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and sections 18 & 19 of the Civil Liability Act 2003 (Qld) may apply and limit liability.

I consent to Coastal Thunder Tours capturing and using photographs and video footage of me during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and print materials.I do not consent to the use of my image and request to be excluded from published media.

We will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from any publicly used media, though we cannot guarantee incidental appearances in group shots.
