Calling all creative EAST students! This is your chance to make your mark on EAST Conference 2026. We are looking for a graphic t-shirt design that embodies the spirit of EAST: innovation, collaboration, and making a positive impact. Your design should be something that resonates with the EAST community and is versatile enough for anyone to wear proudly.

Theme: Your design should reflect what EAST means to you. Think about creativity, teamwork, technology, and community impact.
Versatility: The design should be suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds, something everyone would be excited to wear.
Originality: The design must be 100% original. No copyrighted material or previously published designs are allowed. No use of AI.

Upload Designer Photo, Tshirt Design & Additional Evidence

Combine all of the following files into one (1) Zipped File with a 1 GB (1048576 KB) max file size. Be sure to review the requirements in Step 1. For instructions on how to zip a file (required for the uploaded submission), please click here for Windows instructions or here for Mac instructions.

• Required: Photo of designer ONLY
  
  • All photos must be high-quality, well-lit professional-style images of the designing student from the shoulders up with a neutral/solid background.
• Required: Final T-shirt Design (.ai or .eps) 
  
  • All design submissions must be provided in a format that is fully editable in Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
  • Hand-drawn images, raster images, or designs created in non-vector formats like JPEG, PNG, or Canva are not acceptable.
  • Submissions must be original and not infringe on any copyrights.
  • No use of clip art or stock images.
  • No use of AI-generated images.

Upon submitting the required items as defined in the guidelines (required items) to EAST, participant hereby grants to EAST a permanent, non-exclusive, irrevocable right and license, free of charge, to (i) use, copy, reproduce, publicly display, edit, revise, perform, and distribute the required items in any format, or otherwise make the required items available to the general public in any format through any medium, including but not limited to making the required items available to users of EAST’s website for downloading; (ii) use the required items, exclusively or together with EAST materials or in connection with EAST’s advertising or promotion; and (iii) use the required items generally in connection with identifying, marketing, and promoting EAST to third parties.

Participant represents and warrants that EAST’s use of the required items shall not violate any law or infringe upon or violate the rights of any individual or entity.

Participant acknowledges that if the design is selected as the winner, they will be required to meet with the designated designer to make any necessary edits to the design to ensure it meets all branding requirements and standards.
