25-26 Arts Equipment Fund Application

Eligibility:

• Must be a Baltimore City Public School
• Must have at least one certified Fine Arts Teacher on staff
• Request must align with Baltimore City Public Schools arts curriculum and fine arts standards
• Schools may request up to $5,000 for the purchase of musical instruments and/or equipment, i.e. marly floor, kilns, dance ballet bars, choir risers, drying racks, etc.

Because the request limit applies to the entire school, please coordinate your request with any other arts teachers in your school!

We ask that you please refer to our approved list of vendors for supply/equipment orders.

Note: If you cannot find what you need from the vendors on the list, please submit your request with your preferred vendor and we can reach out to them to get an account set up.

Please note: We flag schools with little or no arts budget to ensure continuation of arts programming within your school and to guarantee maintenance of all Arts Equipment Fund purchases to protect the investment in your school.

Using our pre-approved vendor list, request up to $5,000 of equipment or supplies inclusive of any shipping or handling costs. You can share Amazon wishlists by following these instructions. Please follow the directions below to upload your request.

Request are reviewed on a monthly basis, usually within the second week of the month.
Once reviewed, we will reach out to let you know the status of your request.
