🌙 To fully enjoy the Final experience, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. This ensures greater comfort and a more relaxed experience throughout the event.

The earlier you book, the greater your chances of securing your preferred accommodation.

To confirm your registration for the World Dance Competition 2026 Final, a mandatory non-refundable deposit of €50 per registered participant is required.

📌 The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND CONDITIONS

The legal representative DECLARES that they have reviewed the required prerequisites, the objectives, and the content of the World Dance Competition, and are aware of the regulations regarding the qualification subject to the course as outlined in the AiCS regulations.

They DECLARE to be aware that, pursuant to Chapter VI, Art. 76(L) of Presidential Decree 445/2000, false declarations, falsification of documents, and the use of false documents are punishable under the Criminal Code and specific laws.

They ACCEPT all terms and conditions stated in this form and all those relating to the Final and the Masterclasses.
PRIVACY POLICY ACCEPTANCE

Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679/EU and any subsequent amendments or additions, the participant declares to have been informed that their personal data, acquired through the registration form or during participation in the World Dance Competition, will be processed by AICS using electronic means for purposes related to the execution of obligations arising from participation in the Final and the Masterclasses.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

With reference to the images (photos and videos) taken and/or recorded during the World Dance Competition 2026, in Montecatini Terme, the undersigned HEREBY AUTHORIZES, free of charge and without time limits, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), the publication and/or distribution of their images in any form, including on social media, the official website of the Organization www.worldancecompetition.it, in printed materials and/or any other form of media distribution. Furthermore, the undersigned authorizes the storage of said photos and videos in the Organization’s digital archives and acknowledges that the purpose of such publications is solely informational and possibly promotional.

This release/authorization may be revoked at any time by written notice sent via regular mail or email.
