Marlo Sport Demo Program – Terms & Conditions (U.S. Only)
By participating in the Marlo Sport Demo Program, you agree to the following terms:
Trial Overview
You will receive a new Siberian Pro Paddle to demo for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (“Trial Period”). We’ll place a $1 hold on your card, and your paddle will be on its way. This hold will be released once your trial is confirmed, unless the paddle is not returned in accordance with these terms.
Authorization to Charge
I, authorize Marlo Sport to charge my credit card for the full retail price of the demo paddle (up to $229.99) on the 15th day following delivery if:
- I fail to return the paddle by the end of the Trial Period through the return portal, or
- I choose to keep the paddle and no action is needed.
- To return your paddle, do so HERE.
Returning the Paddle
You must return your paddle through our authorized return portal. If you do not submit your request by the specified date, you will be charged for the paddle. You can return your paddle HERE.
Declaration of Intent
At the end of your Trial Period, you must declare whether you wish to keep or return the paddle. If no declaration is made, Marlo Sport will assume you are keeping the paddle and charge your card accordingly. You will receive an email on the last day of your trial as a reminder. Condition of Returned Paddle
The paddle must be returned in good condition, free from damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Marlo Sport has the final say the condiditon of the paddle, and you may be charged for damage deemed unreasonable.
Return Shipping
You the customer will be required to cover the return shipping cost if the paddle is returned.
Failure to Pay and Legal Recourse
If payment cannot be processed for any reason and the paddle is not returned within the Trial Period, Marlo Sport reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to filing a claim in court. In such cases, you agree to be responsible for all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by both parties.
End-of-Trial Notification
You will receive an email one (1) day before your Trial Period ends with the subject line “Your Trial Ends Tomorrow,” reminding you to declare your intent to keep or return the paddle.
Responsibility for Loss or Damage
You are responsible for any loss, damage, or non-return of the paddle during the Trial Period. By participating, you provide prior written consent to charge the credit card on file for the full retail value of the paddle in such cases.
