Beauty Team Application: Hair & Make-up Artists

Join the Las Vegas Fashion Council (LVFC) and Vegas Fashion Week® (VFW)Beauty Team! We're assembling our 2025 Beauty Team — a curated collective of professional and passionate hair and makeup artists. Whether your specialty is high-fashion runway styling, bold editorial artistry, or elegant red carpet glam, this is your opportunity to shine behind the scenes at the inaugural Vegas Fashion Week® event.

Why Participate?
- Feature your individual name/salon/logo on the official LVFC/VFW website and social media.
- Be recognized in the LVFC/VFW digital program (if applicable).
- Receive free general admission into the show you're working on (some VIP/private events excluded).
- Gain valuable connections and network with fellow industry professionals.
- Be a part of the first-ever Vegas Fashion Week®!
Requirements & Expectations
- Once you commit, we are counting on your professionalism:
  - Be on time.
  - Wear all-black professional attire ("show blacks").
  - Communicate proactively if you have any questions, issues, or changes in availability.
- All photos submitted must be unfiltered and unedited (no Photoshop or filters).
- Each designer may have 4–18 models to style on the day of the show.
- Artists may work across multiple designers in a single day.
- Call times will vary by venue; concepts will be shared in advance to confirm materials and accessories needed.
- You must check in and check out at each show. A designer or LVFC/VFW staff member must sign off on your completed work.
- You must bring your own products and styling tools.
- If a designer requires special props or accessories, they will be provided on-site.
- Hair & makeup must be done at the designated venue area, unless prior approval is given by LVFC/VFW.
Who Can Apply?
- Freelance artists are welcome! Each must apply individually.
- Salons: Applications should be submitted by the owner or manager, listing all participating artists and the dates they will attend.
- A final list of confirmed participants must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks before Vegas Fashion Week®.

All HUMAs must agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will not participate in backstage gossip, negative comments on other's work, nor other staff during Vegas Fashion Week®.All HMUAs must agree to tag Vegas Fashion Week® and any sponsors inall posts/stories regarding work conducting for Vegas Fashion Week®.All HMUAs understand that they will be responsible for bringing cleaning tools/sprays and lights for their work stations at Vegas Fashion Week®.All HMUAs understand and agree to adhere to the call sheet for each day during Vegas Fashion Week®.All HMUAs agree and understand that they are not permitted to take home any sponsored unused products, nor resell them for their own financial gain or the gain of their business. HMUAs caught doing this will be removed immediately from the team and will not be permitted to be hired for Vegas Fashion Week® again.All HMUAs will bring any/all issues to Las Vegas Fashion Council/VegasFashion Week® team attention.Las Vegas Fashion Council/Vegas Fashion Week® is not liable for anyitems stolen or lost during Vegas Fashion Week®, HMUAs assume fullresponsibility for personal items during this booking.No coloring of hair is to be performed within the venue.Each style team will provide a list of first/last names for anyone workingbackstage at least (2) weeks in advance.
