Vendor Guidelines for Lights On Winter Market:

- This form is for non-food vendors or vendors who have some products that include food items that are meant for people to take home and eat (such as honey, jarred & canned items like pickels, james, jellies, whole loaves of bread). This form is NOT FOR FOOD VENDORS WHO WANT TO SELL FOOD INTENDED FOR FESTIVAL GOERS TO GRAB & EAT AT THE EVENT. If you are a food vendor, please visit lightsonfestival.org to find the link to the food vendor registration form. Spaces for both Market Vendors & Food Vendors are limited.

- Any vendor selling food that will be sold for human consumption must be permitted by Taunton Board of Health prior to the event. Please begin that process now directly with Taunton BOH.

- Vendor offerings must be in good taste and family-friendly.

- The Lights On Winter Market will take place near the Taunton Green.

- Lights On Winter Market will create a map for attendees that will detail where vendors, performers, and activities are located. The map will be accessible via a QR code, signage at the event, and also posted online at lightsonfestival.org for printing or viewing.

- The $100 vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. The event is rain or shine, but outdoor activity MAY be canceled in the event of extreme weather.

- The 10x10 vendor spaces will be marked in advance by the organizers but will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis during the set-up period.

- Artists & crafters must provide their own tables, chairs, pop-up tents, display apparatus, etc. Pop-up tents MUST be weighted.

- Set up times will be sent at least two weeks before the event. Vehicles for unloading must be moved as soon as you are unloaded and ALL vehicles must be move offsite prior to the event start time. Vendors who arrive outside of the set-up time will not be allowed to set-up and will forfeit their registration fee if they arrive after the set-up period has ended.

- Artists & Vendors are expected to stay until the event ends at 8 pm. Vehicles will not be allowed into the festival area until the event ends.

- Vendors must remove all of their trash/boxes, etc. from the event.

- Lights On Winter Market reserves the right to add to and amend these guidelines as needed. Please review them again prior to the event to be sure you are up to date.
