It is with heartfelt joy that I welcome you to join us at the 30th Annual NATH Conference—our sacred gathering space for healing, transformation, and connection. This year, our theme, “Transformation through Self Empowerment,” reflects both a personal and collective journey. We are not just remembering who we are—we are actively choosing to become more.

For three decades, this conference has been a homecoming for professionals and seekers alike—those who work in the realms of spirit, mind, and healing. Together we’ve built bridges between science and soul, regression and revelation. This year, we gather once again to expand our practices, deepen our wisdom, and celebrate the alchemy that happens when we show up, fully present and willing.

Our Keynote Speaker, Madonna Kettler will be sharing her wisdom with us and Dee Chips will be onboard presenting as well!!!

Saturday Keynote Address, All 1-hour and 2 hour regular presentations on Fri/Sat/Sun, Dinner, Awards and Mixer Saturday night. Remember travel, meals, and lodging are tax deductible for educational purposes.

Cancellations:

Full refunds of the conference (minus $75 admin fee) will be given if cancellation is received prior to October 10, 2025, in writing. Hotel cancellations must be handled through Holiday Inn.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event we are unable to meet, we will hold our conference virtually in lieu of an in-person conference.

Continuing Ed:

Attendance of the conference will fulfill your CEUs for NATH yearly membership requirements. Additional CEUs may be earned for pre-and-post conference courses.

Audio/Visual/Email Consent:

By registering for the conference you are consenting to various audio/visual recordings in which you may be photographed or recorded. These may be used online and in newsletters. Email use is also agreed to for NATH Purposes.

Note: You will NOT receive a separate confirmation of your registration, HOWEVER, A COPY OF THIS FORM WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR RECORDS. Your records will be kept on site at the registration table at the hotel during the convention.

NATH MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND DUES

Certified Members: Must have earned a certification in Hypnotherapy from a professional training institution with 100 hours minimum and submit copies of these with the NATH registration coupon or have been practicing hypnotherapy professionally and are willing to submit proof of proficiency in hypnotherapy skills, as per request by the NATH staff.

Certified Members use the honor system to obtain 25 professionally related contact hours per year for renewal, and these may be obtained by reading books, listening to tapes, attending chapter meetings, professional hypnotherapy workshops, and/or hypnotherapy organization conferences.

Non-Certified Members: Receive the same benefits as the above except they do not receive a registration certificate, they will not be listed on the referral directory, and they are not required to submit annual CEUs. Non-Certified Members may upgrade to certified member status once they are certified and submit verification of certification at no additonal charge.

Registration and Renewal: Any professional hypnotherapist may register and pay dues. Approximately 12-24 months later, members will receive a renewal notice through the mail. Registration certificates are printed around the 15th of each month. Only Members in good standing and current on their dues, may use the NATH name or logo to promote affiliation on their website or as they see necessary.
