Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open only to Eye Care Practices (ECPs) located in the United States. One nomination per practice per campaign cycle. Nominations must be submitted by individuals who are 18 years or older and authorized to act on behalf of the nominated practice. 2. Selection Criteria: Winners will be selected at Hilco Vision’s sole discretion based on responses submitted through the official nomination form. Selected practices will receive a catered lunch or reimbursement for lunch expenses, up to a total retail value of $250 USD per selected practice. 3. Compliance with Federal and State Laws: Participation in this program is intended to show appreciation and build relationships with customers — not to induce or reward the ordering, purchasing, or recommending of any Hilco Vision product. No purchase is required to enter or win, and purchase history will not be considered in the selection process. Hilco Vision complies with all applicable laws and industry codes, including the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals, the Open Payments Program (Sunshine Act), and state-level transparency laws (e.g., Massachusetts, Vermont, Minnesota). Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with internal policies and applicable regulations. 4. Transfers and Tax Reporting: The lunch benefit is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items of value. Where applicable, the value of the lunch may be reported under transparency regulations such as CMS’s Open Payments Program. Participants are responsible for compliance with their organization’s reporting requirements. 5. Media Release: By participating, selected practices consent to photo and/or video documentation of the lunch, which may be used in Hilco Vision’s marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, and blog posts. Practices may opt out of publicity by informing Hilco Vision in writing at the time of selection. 6. Right to Modify or Cancel: Hilco Vision reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the program at any time, including in response to changes in applicable laws or regulatory guidance.
