    ALL Dancers are welcome! By applying within the deadlines and meeting the requirements below, you will be accepted!

    Registration opens on September 1st and will close October 31st.

    This Ambassador season runs from November 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026.

    RULES and REQUIREMENTS:

    • Dancer must be registered for a Work It Dance Challenge regional competition for the 2026 season
    • A non-refundable application fee of $250 is due at registration.
    • Dancer or guardian must have a social media account to post on.
    • Dancer or guardian must post on social media monthly using templates and themes provided.​
    • Dancer must embody the Work It vibes: POSITIVITY, PASSION, ENERGY, COMMUNITY AND CONFIDENCE!

    YOU WILL RECEIVE:​

    • Exclusive unreleased Work It Merch (estimated value of $200)
    • Experience to add to resume, access to references and resources
    • Instagram and social media shoutouts on the Work It page
    • Ability to help lead the Work It Dance at your regional competition with one of our directors!

    POLICY AGREEMENT/

    ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

     

    Welcome to Work It Dance Challenge (WIDC). 

    To be eligible to perform, participate, and/or compete in any and all activities at WIDC you must fully read this agreement and agree to all provisions. As a student or participant you are assuming all risks of participating in such activity or event. Should you have any questions or difficulty reading this document please contact WIDC. 

     

    I, on my own behalf, and/or on behalf of my minor children, (collectively herein referred to as “I”) knowingly, voluntarily and freely accept and assume any and all risk both known and unknown of injuries or other loss or damage suffered while on WIDC events and facilities. I assume all risks of participation in the activity or event, including but not limited to, negligence by WIDC employees and/or agents; defective equipment/property; negligent supervision; negligent instruction. I also agree to adhere to all provisions set within this contract as a participant; parent; guardian; observer; audience member and guest. 


    I, the adult listed, am at least 18 years of age and agree and understand that dance and activities at WIDC have inherent risks and participation in these activities, and at WIDC events, may result in serious injury. I assume these risks and release WIDC and its agents from all claims; damages; injuries; expenses or death. 


    I agree to comply with all WIDC policies, both written and verbal, and all safety instructions given to me by staff. 


    I acknowledge that I am responsible for all my minor children attending WIDC events both performers and otherwise. No children should be left unattended in any space while attending WIDC events. WIDC is not liable for any consequences that result in a child that is unsupervised. 


    Watching WIDC performances and competitions is a privilege. As an observer I understand I will be held accountable for my actions. Observer noise and activity level will be kept at a minimum out of respect for our dancers and staff. No recording of any kind is permitted. Cell phone conversations and talking may not take place in the performance rooms/arenas at any time. WIDC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any observer/audience member, including but not limited to, those who are in violation of these policies or who refuse to follow WIDC staff requests and direction. 


    I will not engage in any activity that puts others in danger or causes physical or emotional harm to another. This includes but is not limited to: assaulting; bullying; hazing; pranking; threatening; intimidating; and mocking, while involved in WIDC participation, activities or performances. 


    During an event I will not contact WIDC directly in any manner, including but not limited to social media. I acknowledge that contact with WIDC staff; officials; judges; and/or agents, during an event may result in disqualification at WIDC Director discretion. All communications with WIDC during events should be facilitated by Studio Directors when necessary. 

     

    I will not possess or use alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, drugs, or weapons while participating at any WIDC events or performances. 


    I am physically able to participate and have not been advised by a medical professional to not participate in physical activities like those held by WIDC. There are no health related reasons or problems that preclude me from safely participating in any activity or event at WIDC. I am in good health and pose no health risk to others by participating or observing. 


    I waive, release and discharge WIDC from any sickness; pandemics; accidents; natural disasters and/or acts of God incurred during participation in activities or events at WIDC.


    I acknowledged travel may be necessary for participation in WIDC events. WIDC shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries incurred for any travel to and from WIDC and its events. 


    WIDC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items of participants or observers. 


    I grant the right to use images taken at WIDC and/or related events in any social media, website, or other marketing materials of myself and/or my minor children. 


    I acknowledge that WIDC will not administer or supply any type of medication. Food may occasionally be provided or on the premises at WIDC events or facilities. WIDC staff is not responsible for monitoring what my child or I consume and/or if it is allergy friendly. I acknowledge the WIDC employees do not possess any medical training and will not be able to aid myself or my child with any medical issues.  


    I acknowledge WIDC staff and Directors have sole discretion to remove me from events and/or prohibit my participation. 


    I acknowledge I will not be given any refunds if I do not participate or am asked to leave a WIDC event. It is at the discretion of WIDC Directors if I will be allowed to participate in any future events. 


    I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WIDC or its agents including any loss, cost, or damage of any kind including, but not limited to, attorneys fees; lawsuits or demands resulting from any loss, injury damage or death as well as property damage arising out of or in connection or relation to and activities at WIDC. 


    I acknowledge and agree the venue for any dispute or cause of action related to WIDC shall be a Court of jurisdiction in Massachusetts. The laws of Massachusetts shall govern absent any conflicts of law. 


    Severability: I agree that if any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall remain fully in effect. 


    I certify I have read this document and fully understand its contents. I am aware this is a release of liability and a contract and I am signing it of my own free will. By signing this document I am releasing WIDC from all liability to the fullest extent of the law. I am mentally capable of making the informed decision to sign this contract. 


    I hereby, for myself and my minor children/wards; waive all liability for myself; my heirs; executors; administrators; assigns and personal representatives knowingly and voluntarily.
