It is important that we have accurate information on the length of your stay so that we can properly reserve a room for you, and provide accurately for meals. THE BASIC SCHEDULE (subject to change)
March 5-7: PROVINCE TEAM Meetings
- lunch off-site at noon on Thursday, March 5 for all in town
- OLOF check-in at 1:30 on Thursday, March 5
- meetings conclude Saturday morning, March 7
- province department presentations at General Session Saturday evening, March 7
- departures Sunday morning or any time through Tuesday morning, as desired
March 7-9: GENERAL SESSIONS for Presidents and Board Members
- check-in 2:30 or after on Saturday, March 7
- program begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 7
- program concludes at 11:30am, Monday, March 9
- you are welcome to stay for Monday afternoon sessions and depart on Tuesday if you like
March 7-10: GENERAL SESSIONS for Principals, Campus Ministers, and Religion Department Chairs
- check-in 2:30 or after on Saturday, March 7
- program begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 7
- program concludes at 11:00am, Tuesday, March 10
