    Meals will take place at Our Lady of Florida with the exception of:

    • Sunday afternoon - lunch will be on your own
    • Sunday evening - dinner out as a group

    This event includes a variety of options based on your position. It is important that we have accurate information on the length of your stay so that we can properly reserve a room for you, and provide accurately for meals. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SECTION TO THE BEST OF YOUR CURRENT KNOWLEDGE. If you need to change your plans, notify us!

    THE BASIC SCHEDULE (subject to change)

    March 5-7: PROVINCE TEAM Meetings 

    • lunch off-site at noon on Thursday, March 5 for all in town
    • OLOF check-in at 1:30 on Thursday, March 5
    • meetings conclude Saturday morning, March 7
    • province department presentations at General Session Saturday evening, March 7
    • departures Sunday morning or any time through Tuesday morning, as desired

    March 7-9: GENERAL SESSIONS for Presidents and Board Members 

    • check-in 2:30 or after on Saturday, March 7
    • program begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 7
    • program concludes at 11:30am, Monday, March 9
    • you are welcome to stay for Monday afternoon sessions and depart on Tuesday if you like

    March 7-10: GENERAL SESSIONS for Principals, Campus Ministers, and Religion Department Chairs

    • check-in 2:30 or after on Saturday, March 7
    • program begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 7
    • program concludes at 11:00am, Tuesday, March 10
  • Fee

    NO FEE IS REQUIRED for attending Marist Brothers, Marist Province Staff, SOM Event team members, or attendees from Marist Schools which contribute to the Province School Assessment Program (St. Joseph Academy, Marist HS Chicago, Christopher Columbus HS, Archbishop Molloy HS, Mount St. Michael Academy, Central Catholic HS). FOR ALL OTHER ATTENDEES, the registration fee is $350 / participant.
