Mentoring Agreement

As the mentor, I will do that by helping equip and encourage my mentee in meeting their desire goals.

As the mentee, I will do that by following my mentor's guidance, doing the work necessary to meet my goals, and in the perocess contribute the positive things I have to offer to the world around me.

As the mentee, I acknowledge that the mentor is a resource to help me meet my growth goals but ultimately, the responsiblity to do the work required falls on me. 

The mentee has identified the following as desired areas for growth or SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goals. You do not have to write something for every category.

We commit to the following:

We will prioritize engagements by meeting regularly and being on time. If you can no longer support a meeting time with your mentor/mentee, you will proactively community the conflict and propose alternative time.

We collectively commit to at least one engagement per month with the desire to meet at least twice a month.

Boundaries. Unless an emergency, communication will occur between the hours of

We will maintain confidentiality. Exception: anything share that is illegal or life-threatening will be acted on.
