You will receive a copy of your order after you submit, but you will need to contact our office by phone or email to make changes to your order after submitting! *You have 3 business days to make changes/cancel an order*

You will receive a separate email with your card receipt once your order is processed. If anything is missing or incorrect on the order, you will be contacted by our office within 3 business days.

Deposits are non-refundable after 3 business days. Rings are custom made to order. No refunds will be given due to customer errors.

You will be contacted by phone once your ring arrives to our office. Delivery will then be arranged to your school. Either way, you will know when your ring is complete and ready for pickup. Production time is normally 8-10 weeks.
