Topics covered in this course include:
- Introducing reading music, studying the treble clef from Middle C to Treble C and the bass clef from Middle C to Bass C
- Learning basic rhythm and note values
- Scales: C Major & G Major scales (one octave)
- Technique: Learn Five Finger Patterns and chords for C Major/Minor, D Major/Minor, G Major/Minor, and A Major/Minor
- Improvising on the key of C Major
- Learning six to seven simple piano pieces (played on separate hands)
