  • House of Hustle provides youth sports training, leagues, and performance programs focused on confidence, skill development, and community. Operated under The Peralta Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we work to expand access and opportunity for youth and families.

    The Peralta Foundation offers financial assistance to help eligible youth from low-income families participate in House of Hustle group training programs through reduced group training fees. Assistance is based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Submission of an application does not guarantee assistance.

    Eligible Group Training Programs include:

    Beginner
    Intermediate Prep
    Intermediate
    Advanced

  • To Apply

    Parent/Guardian: Complete this form and submit it to the financial aid committee. Submit one application per child.
  • Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

    • Be enrolled in school (Kindergarten–12th grade)
    • Commit to attending a minimum of 50% of approved group training sessions

    Eligibility may be verified through participation in one or more of the following programs:

    • Free or Reduced School Lunch
    • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
    • Foster Care
    • Medicaid or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
    • SNAP (Food Stamps)
  • House of Hustle, operated under The Peralta Foundation, recognizes that some athletes may benefit from participation in team sports even if they do not meet the eligibility guidelines listed above. Families may submit a detailed letter explaining their circumstances along with any supporting documentation for consideration.

  • Financial Assistance Policy - General Information

    • The application must be completed for consideration. All required information must be filled in completely and accurately.
    • If the application is approved, the participant will receive a financial aid promo code, which will only be valid if the reduced rate is booked and paid for online before each session date.
    • Participants must attend at least 50% of group sessions to keep financial assistance.
    • Application approval is valid for 3 months. Participants must reapply 15 business days prior to the end of their approval period. Funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

     

  • CONSENT AND CERTIFICATION

    I understand that additional information may be required to verify eligibility for this program. I certify that theinformation provided on this application is true and accurate. I acknowledge that my child’s participation in thisprogram requires attending at least 50% of the scheduled training sessions. My child is currently enrolled in a public assistance program such as Free or Reduced Lunch, Foster Care, or Medicaid. I am requesting Reduced Group Training Fees through the House of Hustle Financial Assistance Program and agree to submit proof of eligibility for these services with this application. I verify this applicant meets the financial aid guidelines as specified above or may benefit from participating in your organization.
