  • Art & Crafts Fair Application

    The 2025 Holiday Arts & Crafts Faire will be held at the Sebastopol Center for the Arts, 282 South High St on Sunday, December 7, 11:00am to 4:00pm. Admission is free to the public.
  • In order to be considered for the Faire, Crafts Faire vendor applications must be filled out by 5pm on Tuesday, September 20th.

    We accept all types of art and handmade crafts, but this show will be lightly juried to ensure the diversify the crafts and products available at the fair. Due to limited space we will not be able to accept all applicants. This year we are limiting the number of 10x10 spaces to three which will be in the Auditorium.  The rest of the spaces (approx 30) will be 8ft table spaces. 

    Vendors will be notified by email by October 1. If you are not accepted, you will be refunded promptly. Community groups or non profits are welcomed to have a space for no charge. Hands-on activites are strongly encouraged! 

    SHARING IS OK! if you want to split your table or booth with another vendor, please put one person's information in the "2nd vendor" section

  • Exhibitor Agreement

    • Exhibitor understands and agrees that SebArts staff may be limited and not available to assist with their booth set-up or tear down.

    • Exhibitor understands and agrees that they are soley responsible for selling their items and collecting sales tax. 

    • All items must be handmade. Vendors with commercially made items will
    be asked to leave, without recourse or return of fees. Exceptions made for businesses selling art and/or crafting supplies.

    • There are no refunds unless you are not accepted to the event, in which case you will receive a full refund. 

    • All exhibits must be in place and staffed no later than 10 minutes prior to the event opening to the public. Exhibits must be open and staffed during all event hours. All exhibit structures and debris must be removed in a timely manner after the close of the event. Exhibitors are not allowed to break down their displays prior to the end of the event without prior approval.

    • Exhibitor agrees to confine all display and selling activity within the assigned booth space only, refraining from placing signs, goods, or other materials within or over public and/or right-of-way spaces. Exhibitor booth set-up shall be subject to approval by SebArts staff.

    • Exhibitor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the event. Sebastopol Center for the Arts reserves the right to ask any exhibitor who they feel is not acting in the best interest of the event to leave the premises.

    • Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses and sales tax permits.

    • Exhibitor agrees to provide Seller’s Permit Number (permits may be obtained through the State Board of Equalization)

    • Food Booth and/or truck Vendors shall obtain and hold a Temporary Food Facilities Permit (“Permit”) from the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services (“County”) for the Event. A separate Permit is required for each booth location and must be posted at each location. All County food booth and sanitary requirements shall be followed.

    • The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sebastopol Center for the Arts and its employees, agents, or volunteers from all claims, causes of action suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with the event.
