  • Food Vendor Application/Contract - July 18, 2026 Metro Beach (Lake St. Clair Metro Park), 31300 Metro Parkway, Harrison Twp, MI 48045

    Thank you for your interest in being a Food Vendor at this year's festival! We are forecasting 1200-1500 guests this year. All food vendors will be required to be self- sufficient and self-contained. No water or electricity will be provided at your site.

    1. Payment/Site Fee: All food truck and food vendors are to pay a flat rate of $100 to Grace Christian Events with approved application/contract.

    2. Harrison Township Fire Dept Permit: All food vendors utilizing heating elements are required to obtain an "operational permit" through the Harrison Township Fire Prevention Division ($50 fee) and provide proof of application at least 1 week before the event.     3. Health Department: All Macomb County Health Department rules must be 100% adhered to. Any health or sanitization issues that arise during the event can result in immediate closure of your operation by Grace Christian Events. All necessary licenses are the vendor's responsibility. Contact the Macomb County Health Department for a copy of their rules, fees etc. 586-469-5235

    4. Insurance: All food vendors must have in their booth; proof of liability, workers compensation, and product liability insurance listing Grace Music Festival/Grace Christian Events, Inc. as an additional insured.

    5. Food Pricing: We are offering several different food options this year, as well as the Beach will have their food/concession stand open and encourage your pricing to be as competitive as possible.

    6. Vendor Equipment set up: All food trucks must be on site by 11:30 am on 7/18/26 and will be expected to be ready for business when gates open at 12:30 p.m. Report to the Information tent for instructions on where to park. Any detached items, (ie: menu stands, flags, chairs, etc must be kept close to the vendor site and approved by Festival Staff. All vendors are REQUIRED to have a working fire extinguisher at their site.

    7. Signage: Signage is encouraged to promote your company and available selections. Grace Christian Events reserves the right to prohibit the exhibit or sale of any item, signage, or staff apparel that we feel is not in keeping with the nature of this family oriented Christian Event.

    8. Vendor Staff Rosters: Vendor staff rosters must be submitted by July 10, 2025 via email to kristine.gracechristianevents@gmail.com Minor changes may be made up until 48 hours before the event, but must be submitted in writing via email. All workers will report to the info booth where their name will be verified on the vendor staff roster to receive their wristband. Any person not on the authorized list will not be admitted without purchasing a ticket to the event and anyone found working without a wristband will be required to purchase a ticket at the gate to stay on the grounds. The vendor staff may not exceed the vendor need. Children 14 and under may not accompany parents without a ticket for the event and must remain with the

    9. Safety: All vendors must have an ABC Fire Extinguisher to adequately handle any electrical, grease or trash fire. All vendors must keep any cords or other items that may become a trip hazard taped down and safely

    10. Vendor Operation Hours: Doors to the Festival will open Saturday at 12:30 p.m. You will be expected to be operational from 12:30pm until 7:00 pm or whenever the headliner artist takes the stage.

    11. Cleanliness: Each vendor is required to maintain the appearance, cleanliness and sanitization of their booth and staff to be a positive addition to our event. All vendors are required to leave their area neat and clean and in the same condition as when they arrived.

    12. Trash Disposal: All vendors are responsible for bagging and disposing of their own trash and placing it in dumpsters provided by the beach facility. Gray water and grease disposal must be taken off site and disposed of. No receptacles will be available.

    13. Departure from the grounds: All vendors will vacate the site by 10pm Saturday night. No overnight sleeping will be allowed. Reminder: Vendors are required to stay on site until they are released by Grace Christian Events staff/security team for the safety of all attendees. Failure of cooperation with festival staff will result in loss of vending privileges for future events.

    14. Ice: Bagged ice is available for purchase at the Metro Beach concession area.

    15. Parking and entry fee: All vendors are required to pay to enter the park.

    16. Vendor equipment removal: All vendors will vacate the park the night of the festival after being checked out by Grace Christian Events Staff.

    • Exact site placement and vendor orientation is the sole discretion of Grace Christian Events and vendor coordinators and are subject to change from year to year.

      This agreement represents the only relationship between Grace Christian Events, Inc. and the Vendor; no other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise. Grace Music Festival is a rain or shine event, except in the event of dangerous weather conditions (tornado, severe thunderstorm, flood, etc.) or State of Michigan mandated restrictions. Grace Christian Events, Inc. has the right to remove any vendor at any time that does not follow the guidelines, or distributes or conducts a questionable product or service, at the sole discretion of Grace Music Festival and/or Grace Christian Events, Inc. 

      Vendor, its contractors, employees, licensees, and designees shall further indemnify and hold Grace Christian Events, Inc/Grace Music Festival harmless from and against any loss, damage, or expense including reasonable legal fees incurred or suffered by or threatened against Grace Christian Events, Inc/Grace Music Festival in connection as are result of or in connection with the employees, contractors or agents.
