ADDRESS: Clements Rodeo Grounds - DO NOT ENTER AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE - ALL RODEO CONTESTANTS MUST ENTER THROUGH THE BACK ENTRANCE OFF OF MEHRTEN ROAD. Mehrten Road is a small single-lane road headed east off Mackville Road. The entrance to Mehrten Rd is on a 20ph curve. PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION & slow down early to locate the road.
Mehrten Road can be accessed via Hwy 88 (Old Corner Bar on corner) or Peltier Road.

ENTRY FEE: $95 Timed Events, $105 Rough Stock
$11 Office Fee, $10 Finals Sponsorship Fee, and $3.00 Judges Fee per Run
Payment Due with Entries - Debit or Credit Card Only - No Cash will Collected at the Rodeo
BOTH TEAM ROPING PARTNERS MUST ENTER AND PAY. IF BOTH PARTNERS DO NOT ENTER THE TEAM WILL BE DRAWN OUT.

DRAW: The Draw will be posted on Thursday, October 9th at 5:00 PM on ccpra.com ccpra.com and the CCPRA Facebook Page
LATE ENTRY PROCEDURE: Late entries will be accepted only in events where the performance is not filled. If there is a slack, late entries will not be accpeted. Committees may choose to not open late entries. The late entry period will close the Tuesday before the performance or when the performance is filled. A late entry draw will be posted Thursday bedits the performance. A fee of $25 will be added to each late entry.

STALLS & CAMPING: No Stalls are Available - Dry Camping is Allowed
CONTESTANT INFORMATION: No Glass Bottles! All contestants must check-in, sign a wavier, get a companion pass, and pick up a contestant gift!
PERMIT RULE: If you are not a CCPRA Member you are required to purchase a Day Permit/Non-Member Fee for $30 each rodeo you enter. If you enter a CCPRA Rodeo on a day permit and win $500 or more in one single event, the rodeo secretary will automatically take $200 out of your winnings and you will be a full CCPRA member. All money won from that day forward will count towards the standings.
