            • Payment in full secures your spot on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt.

          • Public Liability Waiver Form

            This agreement releases the Western Australian Association of the Deaf Inc (WAAD) from any liability, obligation or responsibility arising from any loss or damage from the stall/s I have at the Deaf Community Markets, Sunday 2nd November 2025 at Shenton College Campus, 227 Stubbs Terrace, Shenton Park, Western Australia, 6008. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold WAAD entirely free from any liability including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred regardless of whether injuries are caused through negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating at the Deaf Community Markets. These include but are not limited to, good and or money being stolen, property being damaged, items being broken. I swear that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries whilst participating in the Deaf Community Markets. In signing below I forfeit all rights to bring a lawsuit against WAAD for any reason. In return I will be permitted to have a stall at the Deaf Community Markets on Sunday 2nd November 2025 at Shenton College Campus 227 Stubbs Terrace, Shenton Park, Western Australia, 6008. I will also make every effort to obey the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Deaf Community Markets Information Kit 2025. I will seek clarification when and if needed.

          • Terms and Conditions:

            1. Stallholders must adhere to all event rules and regulations.
            2. Stallholders are responsible for their own set up and clean up.
            3. Stallholders are required to provide their own equipment, such as tables, chairs and displays. 
            4. Stallholders are responsible for any damages caused to the event venue.
            5. Stalls will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
            6. The event organisers reserve the right to reject any application.
            7. Stallholders must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods or services.
            8. Stallholders are encouraged to promote the event on their social media channels.
