1. Prize covers one UMC registration (value up to $399).
2. Travel and transport are not included.
3. A registration deposit is required to secure your UMC place. This deposit is not an entry fee—it is simply part of the normal registration process.
4. Competition entry is a bonus provided with registration at its normal retail price.
5. If you win, your deposit will be refunded and any remaining registration fees waived (up to $399).
6. Standard cancellation and refund policies apply to all registrations and are not affected by competition outcomes.

Includes meals and accommodation for the entire conference.
Meals: All meals from Monday dinner to Saturday lunch
Accommodation: 5 nights from Monday afternoon to Saturday morning

Full Conference (No Accommodation) $300
Includes meals only — for those arranging their own accommodation.
Meals: Lunch and dinner daily from Monday dinner to Saturday lunch

Part Conference $80/day
Includes meals and accommodation for selected days.
Meals: Lunch and dinner per selected day (except Monday (dinner only)) and breakfast the next day
Accommodation: Per selected day (i.e. select Tuesday to stay Tuesday night, depart Wednesday)

Part Conference (No Accommodation) $60/day
Includes meals only for selected days — for those arranging their own accommodation.
Meals: Lunch and dinner per selected day (except Monday (dinner only) and Saturday (lunch only))

Transport Note: Participants not staying at the venue are responsible for arranging their own transport, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We want Urban Mission Camp to be as accessible as possible for you, so we've worked hard to keep costs low while still delivering incredible value. Thanks to some generous donors, you're only paying 60% of the full cost per participant. While these donations go a long way, they don’t yet cover the full cost.

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs to Urban Mission Camp; however, AMT will provide a limited airport (MEL - Tullamarine) shuttle service on Monday 6th, Saturday 11th, and Sunday 12th. To increase your chances of securing a spot, please send your flight details to us as soon as you have them. If your arrival time does not align with the shuttle schedule, you will need to organise your own transport.
