TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the student and We Aspire Education Support Services LLC ("We Aspire"). By registering for any course or program, the student agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. Enrollment and Fees

2.1 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment approval by We Aspire.
A registration fee of AED 100 is mandatory and non‑refundable.

2.2 Course Fees and Payment
Course fees may be paid in full or through an approved installment plan.
Payment schedules provided by We Aspire must be strictly followed.

2.3 Late and Missed Payments
Installments are due as per the agreed schedule.
A grace period of 7 days may be allowed.
Late payments may attract penalties as determined by We Aspire.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

3. Attendance and Participation
Attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Poor attendance may affect course completion and certification eligibility.

4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:

Treat staff and fellow students with respect.
Maintain academic integrity.
Follow safety, classroom, and institutional rules.
Behave in a professional and responsible manner at all times.

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All learning materials are the property of We Aspire.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Assessment and Certification
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements and full fee clearance.
Required identification documents must be submitted before certification.

7. Privacy
Student information is used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Transfers
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to We Aspire for another individual who wishes to join or register.
All transfer requests are subject to management approval and availability.

9. Refund Policy
All course fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
The registration fee of AED 100 is strictly non‑refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced or if the student attends the first session.

10. Course Cancellation by We Aspire
If a course is cancelled by We Aspire, students may choose a full refund (excluding the registration fee) or transfer to a future batch.

11. Liability
We Aspire is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury occurring during training.
Students are responsible for their own insurance and personal belongings.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible.
Failing resolution, disputes will be subject to UAE law and jurisdiction.

13. Amendments
We Aspire reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Updated terms will be communicated to students in writing.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Student Registration Form, Refund Policy, and any approved installment or enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the student and We Aspire Education Support Services LLC and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the policies, terms andconditions, payment obligations, and regulations of We Aspire Education Support Services LLC.

I understand that I am responsible for paying the full course fee as stated in the official invoice and that failure tomeet the agreed payment schedule may result in the suspension of training services and the withholding ofcertificates, transcripts, internship endorsements, or other academic documents until all outstanding balances havebeen settled.

I acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable and that course fees are non-refundable once the course hascommenced or after attending the first training session, unless otherwise approved in writing by the institution.Withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to complete the course does not waive my financial obligations.

I voluntarily participate in all training activities and assume responsibility for my health and well-being. I herebyrelease We Aspire Education Support Services LLC, its management, staff, and trainers from any liability arisingfrom undisclosed medical conditions or personal health-related risks associated with my participation.
