Welcome to We Aspire Education Support Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our internship programs. By registering in our courses, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully. 2. Registration and Payment Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan.

3. KHDA Certificate Conversion Policy If the participant is a graduate of another training center but intends to participate in We Aspire's internship program, they are required to convert their KHDA Certificate to a We Aspire-issued KHDA Certificate, in accordance with the policy of our affiliated hospitals and homecare providers. This is due to an exclusive partnership agreement that requires certification under We Aspire's name, and this is non-refundable.

Payment must be full before the start of the program. Participants must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

2.1 Payment Methods a. Installment payments can be made via accepted payment methods: credit card, cheque, or BNPL like Tabby and Tamara. b. Cash installments are allowed; however, students will not be deployed to their internship assignment until all dues have been fully paid. 2.2 Program Completion and Certification a. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled assignments. Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals may not be entertained by the facility. Attendance records will be maintained, and certificates will only be awarded to those who meet the attendance requirements.

a. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, 50% refunds may be considered with the deduction of 5% for the administrative charge and finance charges if paid by Tabby / Tamara, at the discretion of We Aspire Education Support Services LLC. Proof of the emergency must be provided.

Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of dishonest behavior is strictly prohibited. Safety: Follow all safety instructions and procedures. Report any unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This includes appropriate dress and language. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any personal or proprietary information shared during the course. 6. Intellectual Property All course materials are the intellectual property of We Aspire Education Support Services LLC and are provided for personal use only. 8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We Aspire Education Support Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants and will take effect immediately.

13. Assessment & Remedial Classes

We reserve the right to terminate a participant's enrollment for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including the Code of Conduct and Classroom Rules.

We Aspire Education Support Services LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during participation in our courses. Participants engage in training at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance coverage in respect of personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Participants must undergo a skills assessment to determine their knowledge and skills. Participants who choose to attend People of Determination Internship, will be required to attend 2 sessions of Special Needs Course Training, unless they've already undergone training related to special needs, with a proof of Certificate or Transcript of Record, are excluded for Special Needs Care Course. Participants who fail a test, exam, practical assessment, skills assessment after two (2) attempts, a 2 hours/ session total of 4 sessions of refresher class is a must, and subject to the availability of the schedule with a cost of AED 550 If the participant fails again after attending the refresher class, they may opt to attend the full

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or participation in our courses will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Participants agree to waive their right to file a lawsuit and instead submit any disputes or claims to binding arbitration, which shall be conducted in the UAE and in accordance with the rules of the arbitration center in the UAE. Participants agree to seek resolution through amicable or friendly settlement before initiating arbitration. Participants waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Should the participant still fail after the comprehensive review class, We Aspire Education Support Services LLC will no longer accept the applicant, all the fees made are non-refundable. It is the participant's responsibility to attend all scheduled remedial and review classes to improve their understanding and skills.

We Aspire Education Support Services LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental actions. In the event of a force majeure, We Aspire Education Support Services LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected courses or provide alternative arrangements.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other policies or guidelines issued by We Aspire Education Support Services LLC, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and We Aspire Education Support Services LLC and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment and Agreement By enrolling in a course with We Aspire Education Support Services LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
