PROCESSING AND ORDERING IN - Custom orders with existing stock can take up to a week to be processed and shipped. If you want me to order a specific species that isnt in stock this will come with an additional order charge of £10 and take up to 2 weeks to be processed and shipped. PRICE AND DEPOSIT - Each frame is priced individually based on the order preferences and will be quoted once the details are confirmed, at this point I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start the order. AMENDMENTS - Before I set the frame I will send you a picture to make sure your happy, this is your LAST chance to make changes. SHIPPING - Shipping is £5.50 for 24 hour tracked and £4.70 for 48 hour tracked sent with Royal Mail. All orders are non-refundable once shipped.
