Welcome to the GG3x3 Summer Tournament! The UK's biggest one-day 3x3 tournament for charity 🙌🇬🇧

Date: 10 August 2025

Location: The Blue Cage Courts, Deptford, SE8 5TQ

Timing: 10.30am-8.00pm

As media, we respectfully ask that you:

• Send any content on the day that we could use on socials via dropbox/whatsapp/email/wetransfer (there will be a designated media contact on the day in case of questions etc)
• Tag @thegg3x3 in all photography/videography that you post to your own social channels
• Provide images/videography to the GG3x3 no more than 3-4 days after the tournament has finished
• Take care of your own belongings - we will have a media area but the GG3x3 will not be responsible for loss or theft of items or equipment
• Grant permission for the GG3x3 to use your content at any point (further detail on this below)
• Ensure that you are covering all aspects of the event (ie. not just the dunk show)

All players have signed waivers for their images and voices to be used in any photograpy/videography.

Waiver

Medical terms and loss of belongings 

I acknowledge that basketball can be dangerous and that attendance at the event could lead to bodily injury or death. In consideration of this I hereby assume the risk and accept full responsibility to pay expenses for medical care that may arise from being at the event. I acknowledge and assume the risks inherent in the GG3x3 basketball tournament, and hereby relieve the GG3x3 of any and all liability. The GG3x3 will not be responsible for loss or theft of money or personal articles.

Consent to the use of  your content

I consent for the use of my imagery and videography to be used by the GG3x3. This can be used for promotional, marketing or anything else that is deemed useful by the GG3x3 and any associated media, partners and businesses. I grant the GG3x3 and associated partners and businesses free, perpetual, worldwide licence for any of the photography or recordings at the event.
