I/We hereby apply for full membership of the Master Stone Masons' Association - Victoria Inc. In making this application, I/We agree:
- To be bound by the Constitution, By-Laws and any Code of Conduct of the Association in operation now or in the future;
- To pay all entrance fees, subscriptions and levies as allowed under the Rules;
- That we may not be accepted, however if accepted that for a period of one (1) year, I/We will be on probation and that the Committee can at any time during that period cancel our membership, without giving a reason;
- That this application must be signed by the applicant or its Nominee;
- That the Committee may make investigations in regard to our business for suitability of membership;
- That we will guarantee our product for at least 3 years for quality and workmanship and will fix any problem free of charge within one month or negotiated period;
- That we will take the ruling of the Association should a complaint be referred to the Association for resolution.
